LINCOLN — A new state group was launched Tuesday to push for more state investment in programs to improve public education and advance economic development. The Nebraska Education Collaboration includes several education and child advocacy groups.
Ann Hunter-Pirtle, with Stand for Schools, said the group supports policies that will offer the most “bang for the buck in terms of outcomes for our children and economic growth.”
